Fix athena [skip modfiles]

  • Make run_athena run Gen_tf.py locally, i.e. not taking jobConfig from cvmfs (#Closes #38 (closed))
  • Introduce option to skip minEvents checks in logParser
  • Improve some printouts in logParser
  • Switch from python2 to python
  • Only max(1, 0.01*minEvents) events are run in the run_athena job
