[skip modfiles] correct MG common fragment for ATLMCPROD-8708 and ATLMCPROD-8685

it is to correct the common fragments for ATLMCPROD-8708 and ATLMCPROD-8685 the JOs has not been used so far successfully in production, the fix for ATLMCPROD-8708 is to allow for finding of .f files
