Fixing incorrect JOs settings, dsid=500298

Description of bug

The JO was registered with incorrect parameters and some parameters were missing. This affected the content of the sample and it can't be used in the analysis. We request to fix the JO and to rerun the production. Here is the link to original MR: !651 (merged)

Changes introduced

  • The top mass is set to 172.5 GeV, and the alpha_EM is set to 1.323489e+02, to be consistent with the SM settings
  • The slope is rounded by 2 digits
  • Missing cqQ in the reweight card is added
