Description of bug

We've overestimated the efficiency of LHE->EVNT in JOs 900150-900157, as seen from failures in ATLMCPROD-9057.

Changes introduced

Adding inputFilesPerJob=2 to the affected JOs (and are preparing x2 more LHEs to upload)
