Install git-lfs from repo

Stewart Martin-Haugh requested to merge smh/git-tools:git-lfs-from-repo into master

Add git-lfs to executables in git path.

Update git version to 2.39.0.

Fix a bug (x86 hardcoded) affecting ARM build.

Unfortunately the gitlab-ci is not working any more but it was not really testing the workflow, which is only through the Dockerfile.
