Added Auto RX Reset to FELIX MROD

Frans Schreuder requested to merge MROD_NewGTHorderAutoRxReset into master

FELIX MROD was modified with a process to automatically reset and realign the links if the byte boundary on which the transceiver was locked is not on a 32b boundary. Updated to new Wupper as well.
