Correct link numbering and separator word (ignore extra bits)

Thei Wijnen requested to merge FLX-1635_FelixMROD_LinkNumbers into master

Closes FLX-1635 Link numbering as in gbt 48 channels. No opportunity had yet to really check if all links are now correct. Code can be built successfully in all versions (2x4, 2x12, 2x24). Separation modification tested successfully.
