Bcr ecr swap

  • a bit field (bit 13 of TTC_DEC_CTRL) is added to support BCR ECR swap in the TTC decoder.
  • in TTCdataSwitch.vhd, for the BCR (bit 2 of TTCout), generate a 25ns pulse per 3564 cycles of CLK40.
