Resolve FLXUSERS-433 "Azenviaelinks"

Hi Frans,

as per FLXUSERS-433 I pushed some changes which also allows the auto-zeroing module to be activated/deactivated via elinks. This feature is needed when configuring/reading out the sync FE of the RD53A via felixcore/YARR
