Revamped fw_modes in wuppercodegen 0.9.0

Ran wuppercodegen 0.9.0 (master) in build.sh; Modified the call to isUsedInFwMode to is_used_in_fw_mode(mode); generated code has new version numbers and whitespace changes

git diff -w

shows only version number changes in generated directory
