Removed all CDC (xpm_cdc_single and xpm_cdc_gray) from HIFIFO, and changed it to a synchronous FIFO. The clock comain crossing is done by the next fifo that matches the width to DATA_WIDTH. It looks like this resolves FLX-2548 (only tested with a 4 channel build so far)
