[flxcard] FlxCard::get_lock_mask() fix; flx-dma-test tool fix; doxygen documentation updates

Closes FLX-1667 (get_lock_mask() not working: had various bugs) also includes a fix of the flx-dma-stat tool (not working except for one short DMA at startup; the rest was 'fake') and more updates of the doxygen documentation
