[flxcard] FlxCard: added functions fpga_temperature(), fpga_fanspeed(), minipods_temperature(), minipods_optical_power(); in addition ec_elink_indices() and ic_elink_indices() (important for RM5); use '#if DEBUG_LEVEL>0' to remove non-functional -D option
