readout optimisation

Completed optimisation of readout (no reset, enable signals etc etc). Simulation is tested and working. Two test benches are available:

  • one to test top_readout entity
  • one to test top_SLR3 entity

Files in SLReadout/SLR3 folder are ready to be integrated in the full project.
