SL firmware simulation

Federico Morodei requested to merge SL_firmware_check into master

A testbench has been created to simulate the entire SL firmware logic. The testbench includes the emulator of the BMBO DCT FPGA firmware, the emulator of the lpGBT and a transceiver to send data to SL. SL firmware has been through the simulation of all the logic and small bugs have been fixed
