Added the getNextTimeout attribute to be used by the HLTMPPU to set the value of the tryGetNextUntil function timeout. Required for Jira ADHI-4728. To be included in the next release (requires the change performed in HLTPUDal, and it is required by the new change in HLTMPPU)
