Securing existing PMGLaunch a bit more
This is copying one of the changes in the 'sudo' merge request into the C based PMGLaunch.
It avoids that anybody can execute an arbitrary command by putting pmglauncher in their PATH and running the SUID binary.
This patch is completely independent from the sudo one.
