DaqEff changes

Adrian Chitan requested to merge DaqEff into master

This merge contains 2 commits:

  • update ROOT scripts and daqeff page script
    • all ROOT scripts were updated to work with ROOT v.6 and the bash script was also updated
  • remove obsolete and unused tools
    • 3 tools were unused and obsolete so I took them out of the RCUtils package (CMake list included)
