Improve duplicate uploads

Improves the behaviour of the scripts when encountering duplicate uploads.

Clarifies the messages displayed when the user attempts a duplicate upload, and adds a getComment() function which is used to return the current DB comment in the JSON upload record and the table of keys displayed when the script finishes executing.
