Deploying Reprocessing DB
Switch to the python3 hash so can run scripts in tdaq-09-03-00 and for the TTweb editing Add grants script for Frontier access
Changes not deployed as a released version yet, as waiting to confirm no other changes needed to be able to run from the DB, but have been used to upload the initial keys in the REPR DB
->insert/extract scripts have been in use via the version stored in: /afs/cern.ch/user/a/attrgcnf/TriggerTool/Run3/versions/2021_06_12
