Create repr keys script
Accidentally pushed directly to master rather than pushing the branch
Adding MR just for documentation or follow up comments @ballbroo
Changes were to add the createReprKeys.py script, for which the initial versions were tested in: /afs/cern.ch/user/a/attrgcnf/TriggerTool/Run3/Run3/future_repr/
Script now updated for 22.0 and latest prescale sets. Note Dev menus are missing HLTReprocessing_prescale tests so are different currently to the menu
