Starting point for new script createMCKeys to upload to MC instance of the DB. Will not be running from DB - it will then for documenting/visualising so will not be storing full sets i.e. no need for JO and MonGroups.
Script similar to one used for uploading to repro DB. Currently has test to get files from set to be the same one as repro test -> this needs updating when the right test/files available.
