Fix for Physics/Emittance labels both being green on Alias tab in emittance scan

  • will need to make a similar change to make sure the right keys are highlighted in blue
  • may also need to confirm that only the right keys can be changed in the CTP (i.e. only Emittance in Emittance) Changes are in ExpertPanelImpl.java
