Add SwRodApplication to set of application types that may contain ROBs
In the new phase I readout, detectors that are read out via FELIX have their 'ROB's served by the swrod application. This patch allows the DCM to find the ROBs served by the swrod in the same way as those served by the ROS.
In order to use the swrod in a DAQ slice configuration, it would be good if this update could be applied as a patch to both tdaq-08-03-01 and tdaq-09-0-00.
