Remove post install script

suid bit on OKS_commit is no longer needed. Plus the script probably didn't run for a long time since the hostname it checks for does no longer exist.

This is only for nightly to clean things up, but nothing will break for tdaq-10-00-00 in case oks_utils needs patches later (no need to branch).

Can be put into nightly at any time.
