The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Build ssl transport library.
This makes the omnisslTP4 library available to support SSL/TLS.
It also fixes the remaining throw declarations that were still in these files.
It does not affect any existing stuff, just another library. It will allow to play with SSL protected CORBA connections.
