Replace protobuf library from TDAQ with the version from LCG.

The use of 'Protobuf' triggers the execution of the FindProtobuf.cmake module which will pick up the LCG version.

This seems to have compiled just fine in the nightlies, so you are happy after testing, you can just merge this.
