Copy noarch and src RPMs only for default config

Reiner Hauser requested to merge patches-rpm into tdaq-99-00-00

The $DEFAULT_CMTCONFIG variable contains the production build configuration. RPMs with _noarch- and _src- in their names from other builds are not copied out.

For the moment this only applies to the .patches job since it copies directly to the final repo destination on eos.
