This is a cherry-pick of 'cherry-pick-71ccf230', which add some ART tests for muon
spectrometer description in MuonGeomRTT. The original merge request is MR!15678.

In this commit, 6 new ART tests are added into MuonGeomRTT, 2 ART tests for NSW are
added into MuonRecRTT. A wrong file name is corrected in MuonRecRTT.
