TriggerMenuMT: remove redundant sequence consistency check · a9edc981

The sequence consistency check is already called by the
ComponentAccumulator `store` and `run` methods on the full top sequence.
So there is not need to run this again on the HLT sequence. Saves a
couple of seconds for the "Dev" menu generation.
