TrigGenericAlgs: Delete some obsolete algorithms · 13739cbc

Delete the following obsolete algorithms:
- DetectorTimingAlgo
- L1CorrelationAlgo
- ROBRequestAlgo

These algorithms are not used in the Run-2 legacy menu ("v7_primaries")
and this way we can avoid migrating the code from `IJobOptionsSvc` to
`IOptionsSvc`.
