TestTools: Implement select/ignore rules in post.sh · 793eb540

Re-design of the `post.sh` command line:
 - Use `-i`/`-s` to specify ignore/select patterns
 - Always apply the default ignore list
 - Make sure common ERRORs are always part of the selection

The old EXTRAPATTERNS syntax is still supported for the moment but will
be removed in a future version.
