This MR is adding a property to PixelRDOTool to be able to mask "Discarded a duplicated RDO" warnings on demand. As discussed in ATR-27196, warnings are issued because duplicates are not supposed to be found. However this feature has been around for a long time now, I hope we can consider the warning as harmless. The warnings are now masked in RDOtoRDOTrigger, that will improve the log file readability. Of course, this workaround should be dropped whenever the duplicate RDO issue gets fixed.
