Adding MM and sTGC to the list of precision detectors in MuonAmbiTrackSelectionTool

After commit b3ecd865, all the NSW segments were kicked out by the MuonAmbiTrackSelectionTool because only MDT and CSC were considered as the precision detectors. Adding MM and sTGC to the list to resolve the problem
