Fixing ISF_ProtonAFIIGeant4Selector configuration (ATLASSIM-4518) 

The ParticlePDG for the `ISF_ProtonAFIIGeant4Selector` was set to 2112 (neutron) instead of 2212 (proton).
Should fix ATLASSIM-4518.
