Fix test_RUN3_FullG4_QS_ZPrime.sh 

The CA-based InputConverter configuration should use `ParticleSimWhiteList_ExtraParticlesCfg` by default
rather than `ParticleSimWhiteListCfg`. This should fix the output differences seen between jobs using
old and new-style configuration in `test_RUN3_FullG4_QS_ZPrime.sh`.
