21.9 tauRec: replace problematic calibration file

Hello,

This MR replaces 2 problematic calibration ROOT files (BDT ID flattening) that were not closed properly, which causes a lot of warnings but is believed to be harmless.
This is discussed in ATLINFR-3542 and ATLSWUPGR-97.
