Fix for MC overlay:

 In the HEC case, one should apply for MC overlay the same +1 time same shift as in regular MC digitization,
 while in data overlay only this shift should not be applied. Before this fix, the shift was not applied
 neither for data nor for MC overlay and this led to wrong HEC cell energy for the MC overlay
