ElectronPhotonSelectorTools: close ROOT file after reading 

Close the DNN ROOT file after reading to release memory and file cache.
For an HLT job where we instantiate multiple `ElectronDNNCalculator`s
this reduces the virtual memory consumption by 800 MB(!).
