Two ART Tests are added for the muon detector New Small Wheel (NSW)
in MuonRecRTT:
  test_nsw_singlemuon_digit.sh
  test_nsw_singlemuon_evntgen.sh

By the way, test_muonrecrtt_toroid_off.sh is modified to use parallel-
running for master branch, as in MR 14887 did for branch 21.0, and in
test_muonrecrtt_jpsi_with_pileup.sh a file name is corrected.
