Update to Gaudi v39r0

Renamed the existing algorithm to AthCUDAExamples::LinearTransformStandaloneExampleAlg,
and introduced AthCUDAExamples::LinearTransformTaskExampleAlg to showcase how a
reentrant algorithm could use the newly introduced AthCUDA code. And how it can
be scheduled using the avalanche scheduler's blocking execution functionality.
