PFO-egamma links in association Map (+ preliminary setup for FlowElement-egamma/tau links), MET JetTerm from overlap removed jets

 - iteritems
 - print function
 - reproducible iteration ordering

Fix JO files that mixed tabs and spaces, resulting in complaints from python.

Needed to get dependencies propagated from tools.
