Remove 21.1-dev/AthenaP1 (deleted branch) and master/AthenaP1 (non-existent project).
Add 21.3 where missing.
Remove duplicated entries.
Run the primaries-menu tests also in 21.0 and 21.3, as this menu is now available there.
