TriggerTest: add a few tests running on data

Adding the possibility to run trigger in athena on BS data in TriggerTest. The default job options for data are runHLT_standalone.py.

Four tests are added, for build and grid ART with the physics v7 menu and with the primaries v7 menu.

Besides adding this long-missing feature, it's also a step towards resolving ATR-17788.
