DerivationFrameworkExotics: add signal truth particles to EXOT27 derivation

Add the pdg IDs of signal model particles with pdg id in [54, 55] to truth content of EXOT27 derivation.

Will only affect derivation tasks running on mono-s(WW) / mono-s(bb) signal models.

Will add Z' boson to truth particle content and scalar boson + descendants to truth particle content.
