Integrate NSW matching algorithm in NSWPRDTest finalize

This MR integrate the NSW Matching algorithm in the athena finalize function for the NSWPRDTest package.

I have shown the algorithm several times in the NSW meetings last year, staring feb 2018: https://indico.cern.ch/event/707504/#3-validation-of-digitization-a. With this MR, the NSWPRDTest will produce a file named NSWMatchingAlg_efficiencies, showing all relevant matchings in the NSW EDM chain.

Besides integrating the matching itself, I also document the files I used to make histogram. This is in a separate folder, to keep it ut of any algorithms. With these files, all results I showed in the NSW meetings can be reproduced.
