Delete obsolete sTgcDigitInfo class from the sTGC_Digitization package

The sTgcDigitInfo class was created to dump digitization info for debugging and validation purpose. However, it is obsolete. To dump information from the NSW digitization, please use the algorithms in the MuonPRDTest package.
