Turn-off IMF and update b-tagging calibration files

This MR targets to fix the irreproducibility issues in the new CI frozen derivation tests that is discussed in ATLINFR-2872. To accomplish that I turned off the usage of Intel's optimized math library while running Reco_tf.py. I also updated the b-tagging calibration data to the most recent one.
