Remove non-existing input file from HI build test

Joerg Stelzer requested to merge stelzer/athena:21.3-fix_nightly_test_file into 21.3

The first file used by the test test_physics_hi_v5_build disappeared for some reason from the filesystem and the dataset does not exist any longer. Use only the two remaining files (ATR-19210)
