AthenaServices: A couple bug fixes related to metadata.

Scott Snyder requested to merge ssnyder/athena:meta.AthenaServices-20190121 into master

AttributeListKey should be a read handle, not a write handle! Avoid spurious WARNING about AttributeList during stop().

Also update reference files in DataModelRunTests to fix test failures in master.
